Watch out Mexicola, there's a new kid in town! Having only been open a month, Saigon Street is quickly becoming Seminyak's "must go" hang. The brain child of Melbourne entrepreneur Aki Kotzamichalis, who is also behind KuDeTa, its a journey for the senses. Teaming up with Executive Chef Geoff Lindsay, this modern Vietnamese restaurant and bar has a super edgy vibe with colourful "pink "hue" interior and pumping tunes. Whilst the environment is cool, it's really all about the food. It's a place to share dishes and taste as much as you can, but for us the stand out was the Pork Belly simmered with caramel and pepper served in a clay pot - impossible to stop until all the sauce is gone! Topped off with a Phu Cuoc Peppertini Cocktail, the night was superb. Definitely get Saigon Street on your Bali to-do list.
