What are the Australian domestic delivery charges?

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 nationally – per order.

What are the international delivery charges?

Shipping Internationally is a flat rate of $35 per order.

Subject to Country, any additional taxes or local charges will be charged in addition to flat rate or,

Delivery charges do not include import duties & taxes that may be due when the package reaches its country of destination.

On dispatch of goods, tracking number will be emailed to customer. Delivery time is typically 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted.

 

Which payment methods does BL accept?

Our online boutique provides options via the 3 secure payment gateways: Credit Card (Braintree), AfterPay and PayPal.  Orders will not be released until full payment is received and remain the property of Blooming Leopard until this point. 

How long will delivery take?

All domestic Australian orders delivered within 5-7 days of order processing [if order is placed on a regular business day].

All international orders delivered within 7-14 days of order processing [if order is placed on a regular business day].

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

For us to provide you with services, Blooming Leopard asks for personal details such as name, address, phone number and email address.  Australian Privacy laws allow Blooming Leopard to collect personal information directly from you if reasonable and and practical to do so.  Blooming Leopard secures all personal information received through the online boutique. All personal information including name, address, phone number and email address will not be released or viewed by anyone other than authorised Blooming Leopard team members. Subsequent to this, Blooming Leopard does not currently process via credit card directly (we use PayPal), hence these personal details are not retained by us.

We use the personal information provided when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with any other parties except to facilitate completion of that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm accurate delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to facilitate completion of that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with others.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering online you will be emailed a confirmation of order.  On dispatch, a tracking number will be sent.  The delivery times provided by Blooming Leopard are estimates only, however we do everything we can to adhere to them.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Additional charges will be incurred if an address is incorrect or incomplete and a redirection is required.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once order has been placed a confirmation will be emailed.
